Very poor communication with dispatchers etc They said there is fridge and microwave and wifi in truck but mine had none of those No detention pay (took over 15 hours to get unloaded at dollar general and got no pay) Appointment times in app almost always wrong They kept making "mistakes" that would shorten the miles I got paid for a trip. For example they would change the location I started a trip from Promised 2,000 miles weekly but I started getting around 1500 or even less and I didn't even get paid for all of those They charged me $80 for drug test and for a 3 day orientation only paid me for 2 days. I had to put gas in a rental car to drive from little rock to Ohio and I didn't even get it refunded for about 3 weeks. They don't tell you about the in-cab camera until the 3rd day of orientation when you have already committed to the job basically
