      Good place to learn the business

      Cons

      Your just a number; more worried about the drivers than the FMs. They have expectations that are beyond there size. Work life balance sucks, and they expect you to prioritize work over anything else. Do not work here if you are a family person with priorities outside of work.

      Average pay, new equipment, decent miles

      Cons

      No culture, no raises, no effort to retain drivers, no future with company because never get a raise year after year, no respect for drivers
