      Pros

      Transcending Solutions has great mentorship and is a great place for individuals looking to get their foot in the door somewhere. I am a recent college grad and have management experience and every company I interviewed with except Transcending Solutions wanted to keep me at entry level for way too long. There was only a 4-week training period here and then I was already leading and managing other people and clients. Since I’ve started I’ve seen the company acquire clients in different industries like, telecommunications, electronic, home improvement and home automation. I think I found my HOME 😊

      Cons

      Constantly learning new things every week. You have to stay organized be prepared and ask lots of questions

      Pros

      this company is very heavy on personal growth of their people. I had only a college degree in business but no practical experience to fall back on. The company did a great job actually giving me experience to put my degree to work. There is a lot of one on one time with the managers to develop you and its a solid family environment.

      Cons

      I don't view these as cons but I realize some people might. This is very challenging and causes you to go out of your comfort zone. The work pace is always changing and if your somebody looking for a corporate 9 to 5 this is not it. They are currently training managers from within the company which means if you are a candidate for that opportunity you MUST be good at taking critical feedback
