      - they pay well - good for 1 year max if you dont mind hostile environment

      Cons

      - poor management, you need to do exactly as your manager wants, no room for discussion - heavy delivery oriented, no product work at all (you might be lucky and get some meaningful project tho) - emails at 2 am - micromanagement - rotation

      Pros

      I have been working with Transcenda almost 4 amazing years and now unfortunately have to leave because of the relocation to another country. I can definitely recommend Transcenda as the place to work if you want to be a part of highly experienced and motivated team. Very responsive and open management with low bureaucracy. I really felt myself as a part of a big family and will definitely miss all people I have worked with.
