      Pros

      Leaving a lot of autonomy to people. Good and innovative environment, people are enthousitic about being part of it which makes overall a good place to work. Location is also quite nice, btw Also heard that Transatel name is quite valued from other Telcos

      Cons

      Fast growing, so organisation is sometimes behind what it should be.
