A company that is afraid to move forward and spent money on what counts - people, innovation. System, ISIS, constantly breaks down and is from the dark ages!! Very stale, non-ambitious culture. People have been there for 10, 20 years...very set in their antiquated ways! They seem to resist change & progression. People with fresh ideas eventually leave. You're pretty much stuck inside the walls of the building (no windows) because there's nothing in the neighborhood worth seeing . Inside the walls - yuck!! The worst place I've ever worked!
