Despite overwhelming evidence of inappropriate behavior including sexual harassment and racial slurs they kept much of management around. You will be asked to work 18 hour days and then be told the company cannot afford raises and that there is no room for growth because they are shrinking their business. It's a sinking ship, get off while you can.
