Pros

You should work here if: 1. You want to comply and have no original thoughts or ideas 2. Be an order taker and not make waves 3. Don't have a need to express and come up with new way of doing things 4. Be a puppet employee 5. Want to get paid to do the very minimum and sometimes even no work 6. Don't need training or career advancement 7. Do a job that you may not be quite qualified to do or want to do

Cons

The two key people in management (marketing) at this location are so incompetent, unscrupulous, inexperienced. Taking the department in a downward spiral. Rampant bullying, and harassment is tolerated and protected by HR. Lot of nepotism, unethical politics. Employees there know this but are afraid to speak up for fear of their jobs. Dictatorship galore! The other locations are under fear of their jobs because of the lack of honesty and integrity of the person in charge. Lot of lip service and contradictory behavior. They say something just to appease and then do just the opposite. Don't like those who speak up and have a differing opinion and do not foster the growth of smart, talented people. Rather just want those who will be puppets and keep their head down and work without causing any waves.

Pros

great account management team. Great bosses. pension. decent benefits. managers allow flexibility.

Cons

the account managers are the only ones held accountable. other departments don't answer emails for weeks, don't do their jobs and no one in upper management cares. directly effects account managers so you get yelled at by clients and brokers a lot. don't get paid enough to do the job of the account manager and take on the other departments work.
