Seems like good benefit package overall and great people to work with!
Cons
Offered a signing bonus to work for them. However paid out over the course of a year. Starting after 90 days. Then it’s stated if you are tardy or miss a day they could reduce or take away signing bonus. That doesn’t seem fair or right. This wording is included in all the paperwork after you are offered the job and are signing all new hire paperwork.
