Pros
Good for getting project management experience for an entry-level employee. Offices all over the world and ability to transfer / work remotely if you've been with the company for a year or so.
Cons
Fast turnover (average 1 year before burn out). Bad management. No room to grow past promotion from Project Coordinator to Project Manager (same job responsibilities). Expected to work late hours or over weekend to make deadlines. Very little support. Quickly losing client and employees to better translation companies.
