Pros
Great team of fellow colleagues doing the same job, excellent collaboration and support.
Cons
Very low pay, hard to feel valued when you can be let go without any sort of notice and you just kind of feel tossed out in the cold. I learned a lot in the job and wished they didn't have to end it and not fulfill the agreed upon contract. Not sure how much they really fight to keep staff or just blame it on the client wanting to cut staff.
