      Big company, possibility to move within departments, challenging and interesting at first

      Too much pressure, don’t pay overtime but drown you in work, stopped paying yearly increases and stall promotions

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
