      Self-driven career goals and support from the company. Very welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Long hours, production often doesn't hold up their end of a timeline and customer service ends up getting reamed for it.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
