      Strong sales culture Can make money if you are lucky (eg. get accounds from people leaving ) Loads of young graduates Work hard play hard It's an OK first job to learn sales

      Very political Too much pressure for some Crazy turnover Company is structured so that all the leg work is done by young hires to benefit the managerment Extremely US sales focused and culture goes with it. Be ready to cold call like crazy - it's old school

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
