      Pros

      Good place to start your career. Lots of room for growth within the HR team.

      Cons

      Didn't experience it personally but often saw workers with long hours and little payoff. Compensation was not very competitive.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
