Pros
They provide paid training You get to work from home Benefits and a good insurance if you work full time Management and IT respond quickly, compared to other interpreting companies.
Cons
The job itself is draining You are CONSTANTLY being monitored and listened to You always have to ask for repetition and clarification which makes the interpreters job wayyy more difficult because it puts both parties in a bad mood The managers are strange and controlling ( for example with small things like bathroom breaks, internet issues, and even doctors notes)
