Pros
Opportunity is available if your want it! I have been at transperfect going on three years. In that time I have watched several people advance their careers with hard work and dedication. upper management is accesable although super busy. The people are the best resource at transperfect! A young eager and enthusiastic staff.
Cons
The company is growing too fast, especially amidst all the distraction of the CEO drama. Things aren't always done as fast as needed and departments aren't always in sync with what others are doing. Expectations to work long days on salary with out bonuses.
