Pros
- There is such a high staff turnaround that they constantly hire (3/4 of my team left in about 8 months) - Your workload depends on how much your manager likes or dislikes you. You will get promoted or stuck where you are accordingly - You work very long hours so you don't need to wonder what your plans are for the evening
Cons
- Very childish management with big egos and very poor people management skills - Work hard but not smart. Just execute, no need for thinking - No career opportunities as they make you believe - Highly unprofessional and rude - Project management on post-its and paper... no joke
