      -Decent pay -Permanently work from home - Supportive Management -Interesting work -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Lack of communication from management -Lack of raises -Low staff for how much work they have -Depending on what role you have your hours can be very very bad -Lack of reviews from management -More turnover than you'd expect -Stingy with company holidays

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
