      Pros

      I can't think of any pros but international environment and some transparency.

      Cons

      - Standardized approach to all markets, without taking into account political economic and social differences - Poor training - Low basic salaries - Unrealistic targets - Low commissions - No benefits - Bad quality (translations and related services) - No work/life balance

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
