      Pros

      Amazing colleagues and team leads/managers, excellent in-house training, opportunity to work with various clients from various industries. Very good mid-level management.

      Cons

      Overtime is not rewarded, pretty low salary for a pretty big amount of work, flexible working is not offered. Very high turnover rate. Despite the revenue grows every quarter, the amount of bonus you get is ridiculous. Several people I know sufferred from depression and mental health issues due to stress.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
