      - Nice working environment, good atmosphere among the colleagues - Flexible working hours - The pay is ok compared to the country's average salary range

      Cons

      - The benefits are not that good compared to many other companies - The management was pretty messy in the beginning, but it improved notably after some rearrangements

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
