      Pros

      Are flexible with school and the business is 24 hour so you can basically pick when you're available to work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism here, the upper management like like to hire people they are friends with and the csa manager turns a blind eye to things he shouldn't when it comes to the leads.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
