The company is so small that the work is not organized and settled, many clients started complaining about receiving coldcall. It is not important how much you can expand the market but how you can retain your customers. Quit thinking of 3000 mailers a month will do the trick. Clients come to you not because of mailers and pamphlets, but because of quality and ISO9001 and ENXXX and nice service.
