Pros

Good atmosphere between the people, everybody helps each other. Free coffee machine and nice work place. If the work is done, you can live earlier

Cons

2 strong points : - The local managers who coordinate work activities are dramatically immature to a do proper management work : blaming culture, employee's productivity spying policy, confused or absence of communication, do not give the right example, clientelism, over-reactions, fake congratulations, do not defend their own people, they even do not know how to provide a normal training (they give you a guideline to read and a test and that's all, you're on your own during 1 month...). Their mistakes are so gross and unreal that it starts to turn into a embarrassing comedy in the office. - Everything is in late at TransPerfect (HR and managers say it is because of the covid-19) : Salaries are given at the last moment, you can start without a contract (!) and be aware that the benefits (sports cards, checks) will also come late.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
