      Pros

      A lot of learning in the field of interpreting. Supervisors make you feel valued and cared about. It feels like you're part of a family.

      Cons

      The verification of numbers is a nightmare. One may be an excellent interpreter but if you forget to verify a single number that was said, you get points deducted. It's almost impossible to do.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
