Pros

-Ticket Restaurant. -The people I have worked with.

Cons

-The perfect employee for them will be someone young, who does not understand much about their rights and someone who never complains. The worst part is that HR turn their back on employees when they complain. If you try to seek for justice too many times they will even remind you that you are a simple employee (I would say a slave) with no right to complain and forced to obey your superiors at all times. -Extra hours will become too normal and employees will need to invest time and effort if they ask to compensate that extra time. If employees leave at their normal time it will be seen as something rare and superiors will tell you that you seem unmotivated and disgusted. "We are worried, you need to change your attitude". -The work environment is extremely stressful and almost everyone I know has cried at least once in the bathroom. Seeing colleagues with anxiety attacks is not rare. -It seems like it is never enough, employees don’t feel valued and their work is never recognised. Their work and attitude might be exemplary, but if they ever do anything wrong, that mistake will be reminded to you for the rest of your life and they will make you feel miserable and humiliated about it. -Salaries are extremely low, no opportunity to improve your conditions.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
