      Good training. Generally nice people.

      Cons

      Way, way, way too busy- Simply not enough minutes in the day to manage the workload given. Staff outside of your own department will be demanding and often disrespectful. Over-complicated workflows to the point of overall detriment projects. Treatment of external linguists is abysmal. Their underlying philosophy is 'profit above human decency'- and the pay is definitely not worth the stress!

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
