      There are none at all..

      Cons

      The London office is an absolutely awful place to work. Higher management don't know what they're doing, every team is full of drama and people hating each other and you can only move forward if you pretend to be friends with higher management and do whatever they say no matter if they are wrong (and most of the time they're wrong..). Stay away unless you want to be treated unfairly.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
