      - You manage big projects for big clients very early on - Great location - Steadily growing company - There can be decent growth opportunities for the first 5 years

      Cons

      - Fairly intense hours - Not the easiest industry to transition out of - The egos of the sales teams can be obnoxious

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
