Pros
Interesting field to work in. You have the chance to learn a lot and be responsible for your own project.
Cons
Generally stressful, some teams are understaffed and really feel the pressure. On top of it, overtime is not paid. There's not a real training, you are put to work immediately because there's a lot to do, and even when you have a "training" it consists of a series of videos to watch.
