Avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee TransPerfect Employee Review

Very poor management. Very long hours without compensation. Very limited career advancement opportunities. Very bad reputation in Canada. Multiple unreasonable promises and lies, before and during employment. Feeling like a slave. Employment conditions very poor (paying own medical insurance, very poor pension plan [need to spend 2 years in the company to receive the employers contribution to pension plan], overtime not paid [but extremely long hours]). Very unfair and ridiculous bonus system.
