      PMs are able to set their own personal goals in order to develop a career within the company.

      Cons

      PMs often end up working overtime in order to stay on top of your goals and stats.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
