      Good company, worst management - Project Coordinator TransPerfect Employee Review

      -Great opportunity to learn new tools and skills -Fast paced work environment -Great coworkers

      Cons

      -No communication whatsoever in the Paris production team -No raise possible -Ridiculously low salary compared to similar companies in Paris -Long work hours, no rewards (unpaid) -Absent, uninvolved and unhelpful manager, this has really been the worst part of it all, to cover up for their unprofessionalism to get things done and still get sanctionned afterwards while they ripped the rewards.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
