      Pros

      -Great, interesting people to surround yourself with -Company culture is positive, frequent team events and office parties -Good place to start your career -Showing initiative and stepping up will not go unnoticed -Global offices mean that you can work from anywhere

      Cons

      -Sometimes difficult to manage workload in the hours of the day -Employees in EU don't make as much as their US counterparts -You have to be very vocal to get noticed

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
