Pros

I have read countless reviews here and I had to chime in. For context I am barely 27 years old and have been a TPTer for almost 4 years. I have done a bunch of research throughout this messy sale process and even with that in mind, there is no where that gets even close to providing the level of career opportunities I have been given here at TPT. Leaving college I committed to finding a job that was not about what life was like the first year or two but what career I could build. 4 years on, TPT has provided that in spades. My first year or two were real tough, late hours, crap clients and tough goals but this was not a surprise, there was always full transparency throughout the recruitment process on that. But I worked hard, crazy hard at times because I looked around and could see other people killing it and I was jealous. That hard work paid off in spades. Just recently I was out with the smartest dude in my college class - he is a qualified hedge fund accountant - I pull in double what he makes. The best thing about this place is its ability, based purely on the effort you put in, to change your life!

Cons

Of course there are cons, it sucked losing a deal cause of the law suit, I would love 30 days PTO and working at tighter margins to give production more wiggle room would be cool but these are minor things in the grand scheme of what this place has done for my life!

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
