Pros

TP offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to all sales people. You get the chance to make your own success. You will learn about a vast number of industries giving you the opportunity to see how different businesses function in the global marketplace. Many seasoned sales professionals to learn from and bounce ideas off of. Abundance of services to sell to a wide array of business units. Robust marketing efforts to aide you in the sales process. Ability to select your preferred internal business unit(s) for each project. Training has improved drastically. Opportunity to become an expert. Opportunity to elevate to a middle manager relatively quickly.

Cons

Company culture used to be one of the greatest pros about the company. With the lawsuit and court ordered sale process, the company culture has changed drastically with politics looming large instead of meritocracy. The company no longer has a clear strategic vision for various business units within given marketplaces that it once had. Perhaps this is also related to the court ordered sale or perhaps it is part of rapid growth. Be prepared to grind. Client retention is not always prioritized. Not enough transparent sharing of successful and unsuccessful enterprise sales efforts. No transparent goals or reasons why some are promoted from middle management to upper management.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
