Pros
You lear a lot about the localization industry. Skills are easily transferrable and it is truly a good place to start off. You will love your colleagues as you do build a sense of comraderie between one another.
Cons
If you are in production you will remain in production. It is a very sad fact and demoralizing after a while as the departments do do their best to keep you in the same place. Very hard to get a raise too here.
