      Laid-back relaxed environment which fosters independence and figuring out ways to solve problems by yourself. A lot of flexibility and mobility into other departments

      Cons

      Bland, repetitive work sometimes; it's as if management doesn't really care about your development at some times.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
