      Pros

      There is a lot of effort being taken to improve the employment experience. The company has a good reputation. Management changes over the last few years have set the stage for achieving greater.

      Cons

      A culture of the longer tenured employees have a tendency to stifle the progress of the efforts to improve the experience.

      Thank you for your feedback. Since the beginning of 2018, there have been many initiatives set in motion to address the concerns you mentioned, including education and training, updated practices and new leadership to guide more alignment and accountability.
