      Very fast moving, dynamic culture. Good place to work to learn cutting edge database technologies and to work with brilliant and smart people. Low tolerance for slackers.

      Cons

      Definite start-up environment. You always need to be at the top of your game and ready to pivot to capitalize on opportunities.

      Pros

      Top-notch product: a geographically distributed OLTP relational database that requires little human intervention. Engineering team works well with marketing and customer requirements. Management team respects entire team. A very exciting place to work! Every day you can expand your knowledge of distributed databases.

      Cons

      Management tries to keep us informed of company direction but sometimes not in real-time due to business activities.

      This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Super flexible and fun. Everyone was extremely smart and great to work with

      Sometimes the microwave would cause the power to go out and we'd have to flip the breaker
