Pros

All good things have been lost

Cons

Just and Team culture replaced by Blame and Fear culture. Senior members behaving as though they own the company, throwing their weight around, forcing employees out if and when employees don’t agree with the management or challenge the management. Total chaos, completely disorganised, botched jobs, poor quality of parts pushed out the door just to add to sales figures with intention to deal with customer returns and complaints as and when they occur. Dissatisfied customers, dissatisfied supply chain and dissatisfied employees. It’s high time TDG conducted an independent review of their UK site without UK exec team or senior management involved in the process. Give an “anonymous” way to express ones feelings to employees if you really want to know the true feelings of employees.

Pros

Even though TDG is a Fortune 500 company, working there feels more like working at a small business. The teams are small, and you get to know your colleagues closely. It's a great place to learn and advance your career.

Cons

I can't think of any
