None, They promise the stars and when you perform they lie saying where is the legal document where we promised? They will never sign any legal contract at any cost. They will give you the impression that it is worked upon and will be signed and when you join them, its history. You fall in a trap! They have never paid any employee on time. Been speaking to multiple collogues and friends and not a single person said they were ever paid on time. I have had people tell me stories that they paid 4 days before the next pay cycle and had to take loans so they have money for paying rent and petrol. You complain about the salary and the HR says to go to finance, you have one person 'Kashif' running finance and he is always giving you a runaround and add Usman and Mian to the list too. They will talk to you so nicely when they have to get their work done but the moment you ask for the promise they made, you are a problem creator. The IT team is non existent and run in such a fraud and scam. They have relatives and friends in US who have no idea of technology and I am pretty sure they are not even pass high school and they use their names as US citizens and tell customers that they have employees in the US using the names of their friends and relatives and then hire cheap interns here in Pakistan to do the legwork. What a huge Fraud. The culture is so toxic that you are only grilled for any mistake that the seniors do and the blame is put on you. You cannot give suggestions, and are expected to only listen to orders. Everyone is pulling everyone's leg and don't even get me started on how quickly they can fire resources.

The whole upper management is a joke!
