Pros
Not that far of a commute. Most of the people are nice. Sometimes they bring lunch or breakfast. The managers in some other department are nice and polite.
Cons
Local upper Management needs to improve. People have said that they get called and have had to work while on vacation. You get assigned to work with unfamiliar things like some software with no training. If a mistake is made doing something new and unfamiliar, you get in trouble (yelled at and written up). There is no coaching. Manager above my manager is very impatient. They also act as if Covid pandemic is over when it is not.
