Pros

401K, Comp/PTO,Co-Workers, Various shifts available. Lot's of openings in the company

Cons

Overly rigid micromanagement. They will constantly ask you why you were 30 seconds late getting back from break. Customers will be verbally abusive with Customer Service Reps, but Supervisors won't allow you to transfer calls. Customers are frequently mischarged and have to jump through hoops just to get back money they never should have been charged.

Pros

Cons

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
