Pros

This is a small company that was purchased for growth potential in November of 2015, so the major pro is that it’s a very team-oriented, hands-on environment where you get to involved in a little bit of everything. Also, you see the impact of your ideas immediately, and every month looks a little different and a little better than the month before. If you like ideas and can take action quickly, then this place is lots of fun. You can't beat the customers (educators), the people on all the teams are fun, the management cares about development and creating environments where people can be successful, and we get scones to boot.

Cons

I don’t have any cons, I’m happier here than Ive ever been. Because we are a small company that’s focused on growth, and there is so much potential, it means that things change really quickly. So, if you thrive in consistency, clarity and routine, the growth here would probably feel like a con.
