Pros

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role was the creative freedom to develop innovative content that resonated with our audience. I was involved in every stage of content development, from brainstorming ideas to executing final posts, ensuring that each piece of content was both engaging and in line with TRANS7's brand voice.

Cons

However, working in a television environment where broadcasts run daily also presented some challenges. The nature of the job required me to be constantly on standby, even during weekends and holidays, to respond to urgent social media needs and ensure timely updates. This round-the-clock demand sometimes made it difficult to maintain a work-life balance and could be particularly stressful during peak programming seasons or major events. The continuous need to monitor social media platforms for real-time engagement and potential issues required a high level of vigilance and responsiveness. While this experience honed my skills in crisis management and quick decision-making, it also meant that I had to be always available, which could be exhausting over extended periods. Despite these challenges, my time at TRANS7 was incredibly rewarding and provided me with invaluable experience in social media management and digital marketing. The skills and resilience I developed during this period have been instrumental in my career growth and have prepared me well for future roles in the fast-paced media industry.
