This company was built on strong business ethics, amazing dedication of many loyal and devoted in house employees and drivers , and the integrity of the Owner and leadership group.
Cons
Sadly these are no longer evident at TSI. The founder has stepped down and passed the torch to his son. Now this is not a bad thing, as he was prepared well for the task. However, being too aggressive for growth, discounting those who brought the company to where it was, and the hiring of incompetents, spell disaster. I watch so many great people get laid off to make room for less knowledgeable, uncaring, and downright ignorant people. Bad Move!
