We note your comment regarding compensation, which is surprising since your acceptance of the offer suggests alignment with your expectations at that time. It’s important for us to understand any discrepancies you’ve experienced since joining—knowing more will help us address these concerns more effectively.
Regarding the repeated request for information, we understand this can be frustrating. The information collected during the application and onboarding processes is essential for maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, since onboarding may occur months after the initial application, we need to confirm that all information is still current.
Referring to the medical cards, our records show that they have been issued within 30 days from the confirmation date/confirmation letter over the past 16 months. If there were discrepancies in your case, please let us know so we can address the issue promptly.
To our understanding, there is no definite saying that your role requires no interaction with anyone in the office. If you have been with Tranglo for some time, you should understand that we operate as a regulated company in a fast-paced industry. We apologize if our environment is not as relaxed as you wish.
Regarding your concerns about CCTV monitoring, we want to clarify that it is not standard practice and no HR personnel is tasked to monitor employee through CCTV. Our HR team focuses on a few functions, and CCTV use is restricted to specific cases, typically at the request of supervisory personnel when there is a need to investigate potential disciplinary matters.
As addressed in multiple townhalls, the requirement for hardcopy submissions for claims is in compliance with auditing and tax filing purposes which explained why there is a SOP to follow. Nonetheless, we are aware of the need for more modern solutions and are actively working on digitizing our processes to better align with the e-invoicing era. We appreciate your patience as we work towards these improvements.
