      Pros

      Good Staff, making improvements everyday, solid pay, 401k as a co op. Plant 7 has a cafe store for lunch. Interview was easy.

      Cons

      Miscommunication is common, management can get confused at times, poor transition from first to second shift. Union does not take pride in their work.
